PERSEVERANCE PAYS OFF

We initially tried to sell our investment apartment during COVID, but Vic advised us that as the market was slow we should rent it so as to have it producing some income, and Vic continued to attempt to sell it, and was great in arranging inspections with the tenant in place, and as the market picked up we managed to sell it to co-incide with the tenant's vacating date, which was great co-ordination By Vic again, who never gave up on us and we were happy with the result and Vic's reasonable expenses over the extended period.
