Highly Recommended

I highly recommend Sandra for her professionalismand personal touch. I first met Sandra as a buyer. Her care and concern made the process so easy. She was patient with all my questions and was able to ensure that I felt comfortable with the while process. There was no pressure to buy, in that frenetic that some real estate agents have. Because of this, when I came to sell my investment property, I appraoched Sandra again and was so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Awesome!

Vic is a professional with a high standard of scruples. Dogged in getting a good price for the vendors.

Above and beyond the expected level of service!

Sandra was obviously representing the vendor in the sale of 5 Derwent Lane, Sandhurst, but once she learnt of our circumstances she went to exceptional lengths to facilitate our purchase of this property. She was always available to answer any quiries and provide advice on how to proceed. I really don't know that she could have gone to any further lengths and her help and support made the purchase a pleasant experience. My wife and I are very grateful for this.

PERSEVERANCE PAYS OFF

We initially tried to sell our investment apartment during COVID, but Vic advised us that as the market was slow we should rent it so as to have it producing some income, and Vic continued to attempt to sell it, and was great in arranging inspections with the tenant in place, and as the market picked up we managed to sell it to co-incide with the tenant's vacating date, which was great co-ordination By Vic again, who never gave up on us and we were happy with the result and Vic's reasonable expenses over the extended period.

Sandra has a lovely welcoming personality

My family and I were first home buyers. Sandra presented the home beautifully, from the moment we walked in it felt like home. Sandra answered any questions we had and helped with anything she could.
I would highly recommend Sandra as a real estate agent, she went above and beyond for her client.

Super Agent

I found Sandra a person of the highest integrity. I met her as open home and invited her to appraise my apartment. I was so impressed with her demeanour, I immediately asked her to sell my apartment. Sandra always acts with the highest professionalism. I actually found working with her a pleasure. Oh by the way my apartment sold and also I bought the apartment she was selling.
